Navigating through changes and transitions can be challenging and alienating. I offer a new perspective and a helpful therapeutic partnership. I feel it is a true privilege to be part of one's healing journey.  I believe that no two clients are the same and that a therapeutic relationship must be an individualized collaboration based on mutual authenticity and honesty.

Counseling and psychotherapy create an opportunity for self-actualization, exploration, and empowerment. Working through this reflective process allows for understanding, awareness, insight & healing.

Additionally, I have taught yoga for over 20 years, and facilitate personal flexibility, awareness, and empowerment in both my yoga and therapeutic practices. My approach is collaborative and holistic, utilizing various modalities and mindfulness practices.

I bring years of experience counseling groups and individuals working through trauma, mood, and substance abuse issues in rehabilitation centers, schools, and trauma recovery programs.
